When your box arrives

Unpack promptly and put baked chilled pies in the fridge. Put unbaked frozen pies in the freezer. Always follow the storage instructions and dates on your pack; contact the kitchen if you are unsure about the condition of your delivery.

Save some for later

Baked pies keep for three days in the fridge, or freeze them on arrival and they will keep for up to three months. Keep them covered, label the freezing date and take out only what you need.

Bring back the warmth

For refrigerated baked pies, warm through for ten minutes at 180°C fan. Check that the centre is piping hot before serving. Unbaked frozen pies need the full baking instructions, not the shorter reheating time.
