01 · On arrival

Put your pies away promptly

Unpack your box as soon as it arrives. Put baked chilled pies in the fridge and unbaked frozen pies in the freezer. Follow the instructions and dates on your pack.

If you have any concerns about the temperature or condition of your delivery, contact the kitchen before eating or baking the pies.

02 · Baked — ready to eat

Warm through and enjoy

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C fan.
2. Remove all packaging and place refrigerated baked pies on a baking tray.
3. Warm for ten minutes, checking that the filling is piping hot throughout. Allow longer if needed.
4. Let them stand briefly before serving — the filling will be hot.

Baked pies can also be eaten cold from the fridge. This short reheating time is for refrigerated, already-baked pies, not unbaked frozen pies.

03 · Unbaked & frozen

Bake straight from frozen

1. Keep your unbaked pies frozen until you are ready to bake. Do not thaw them first.
2. Preheat your oven to 200°C and remove all packaging.
3. Arrange the pies in a single layer on a tray lined with baking paper, leaving space between them.
4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the filling is piping hot throughout. Ovens vary; allow longer if needed.
5. Leave to stand for a few minutes before serving.

Use the oven instructions rather than a microwave for unbaked pies. Always follow any more specific instructions on your pack.

04 · Keeping & care

Save a few for later

Three days in the fridge, or freeze them on arrival and they will keep for up to three months. Ten minutes at 180°C fan brings them back to just-baked.

Keep pies covered and label anything you freeze with the date. The ten-minute reheating guidance applies to refrigerated baked pies.
